How it fits

01You sendThe radiometric photographs as the camera wrote them, from one project. Any DJI radiometric thermal payload.
02We checkWhether the capture is suitable for our processing. If it is not, you receive capture guidance for the next flight.
03We processThe full 3D thermal record in your client's coordinate system, with the raw files, the processing quality report and the point traceability report.
04You deliverThe record and the hosted web viewer go to your client under your name. Exports in DXF, E57/LAS and GeoJSON for their drawings and GIS.
05Next timeFly the same asset again and the two records can be compared.

Flight planning

How close to fly for the defect you need to see.

Set your camera, the smallest defect and what you need to do with it. The calculator gives the furthest the camera can be from the wall or roof, and the pixel size at the distance you plan to fly.

Each pixel sees 0.987 mm of surface per metre of distance.

The record supports professional judgement, it does not replace it. Thermal observations alone do not establish a diagnosis. Interpretation stays with your client.

Capture quality and calibration stay with your team. The processing runs end to end, from radiometric captures to the 3D record in the viewer, and has been run on captures flown by other operators.
